Adam brings 20 years of experience helping leadership teams navigate complexity, align on direction, and build the organizational cultures that make transformation stick. His career spans senior roles at Heidrick & Struggles, Capgemini, Frog Design, Fahrenheit 212, and Idea Couture, working with Fortune 500 companies across energy, financial services, technology, defense, healthcare, life sciences, and consumer sectors. He operates at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people, with a core belief that people are the most impactful lever in any system.
Across his career, Adam has helped companies identify and capture new sources of growth, leading the creation of new products, services, businesses, and business models for Fortune 500 clients across sectors. He brings a structured approach to moving from insight to opportunity to market, combining deep customer understanding with strategic rigor and creative problem-solving. Whether standing up a new venture, redesigning a service experience, or defining the product strategy for a new market, his work is rooted in connecting innovation to business outcomes.
Adam's current focus is helping enterprises solve the people-and-culture problem at the center of most AI transformations. His approach addresses both levels where AI initiatives break down: at the top, where leadership teams lack shared understanding and strategic alignment on AI's role in their business; and across the broader organization, where adoption stalls without genuine engagement and activation. He works with executive teams to build alignment on AI strategy, define the leadership behaviors and cultural shifts required for execution, and design activation programs that move people from awareness through adoption to sustained daily use.
At Capgemini, Adam designed and led large-scale, multi-year development programs for 1,000+ strategists and creatives, building innovation skills and culture across global teams. He created The Strategic Creativity System, a leadership course that distills impactful innovation and problem-solving techniques developed across his career. His capability-building work ensures that organizations do not just launch new products and strategies, but develop the internal muscle to keep doing it.
Adam has spoken at Harvard Business School, Harvard Graduate School of Design, Columbia Business School, and the IMF, and collaborated with MIT on research into corporate innovation in the digital age. He holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management (Strategy) and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University (Information Systems). He is based in the New York metro area.
